Tremont, one of Cleveland’s premier and coolest neighborhoods, will be holding its 10th annual Tremont Trek on Saturday, June 18. Every year, the Trek gives people an opportunity to explore the area from the inside, while enjoying good food and appreciating the best that the neighborhood has to offer. This year, attendees will have the chance to enjoy culinary offerings from chefs Zack Bruell, Michael Symon, Rocco Whalen, Ricardo Sandoval and Fabio Salerno.
Visitors will also get the chance to sip wine in the world-famous Christmas Story House for the first time ever. Two new homes sporting contemporary designs will be open to visitors, as well as three older homes which have been revamped to showcase both commercial and living space. Guests will gather in Tremont Place Lofts, better known as the Gospel Press Building, for a reception featuring appetizers from South Side, Istanbul Grill, Tremont Tap House and Prosperity Social Club. For each home on the tour, fare from Lolita, Parallax, Ty Fun Thai Restaurant, Fahrenheit, Fat Cats and Lago will be offered. Beverages from Wine Trends will accompany.
Cap off the night at the Paul Duda Gallery/Hartshorn Studio, formerly known as Gallery Tremont, and enjoy coffee from Civilization and desserts from Grumpy’s Cafe, A Cookie and a Cupcake and Lilly’s Handmade Chocolates.
Proceeds from the evening will go to benefit organizations that work to improve the quality of life in Tremont.
