The 12th annual Armenian Food Festival & Bazaar will take place the weekend after next at the St. Gregory of Narek Armenian Church, located at 678 Richmond Road in Richmond Heights.
Visitors can expect to see plenty of interesting cultural displays, watch performances by Armenian musicians and dancers, check out the Nearly New Shoppe, and of course, partake in delicious, authentic Armenian food.
Similar to Greek cuisine, Armenian cuisine typically features lamb, eggplant, yogurt, bread, and cracked wheat in most dishes. Guests can look forward to sampling hearty stews, grilled meat, freshly-baked sweet and savory breads, a variety of dips, and mouth-watering desserts at the Food Festival & Bazaar.
