The 2012 Cleveland Festival of Art and Technology, better known as IngenuityFest, kicks off on Friday, September 14.
Often described as a festival of art and technology, the event features a wide array of interactive exhibitions, performances, lectures, art installations and galleries. Visitors can expect to see a lot of mind-blowing creativity and innovation, as technology becomes a natural extension of art and artistic expression merges with the exploration of science, engineering and math.
Held at Warehouses 32 and 30 north of Cleveland Browns Stadium and the Great Lakes Science Center and on the lakefront in Cleveland, this event is free of charge. The festival begins at 5pm on Friday with several activities taking place at the same time. Whether you are into dance, film, music, opera, performances, or if you are the thirsty for learning type who wants to attend talks and lectures, IngenuityFest has something for everyone, even children.
This year’s festival will run until 6pm on Sunday, September 16. For more information about the festival and for a complete schedule of events, please visit ingenuitycleveland.com.
