The Western Reserve Herb Society’s 67th annual Herb Fair will take place on Saturday, October 13 at Cleveland Botanical Garden, located at 11030 East Blvd. in Cleveland. The event will take place from 10am to 3pm.
During the event, a wide variety of herbs will be showcased and handmade items focusing on local and organically grown herbs and flowers will be sold. The event will also offer hourly tours of the center’s Western Reserve Herb Garden, keynote presentations, children’s activities, and a special herbal luncheon in the Garden Cafe. Members of the herb society will also be on hand to answer questions from interested herb growers.
Kate Williams, chairwoman of the Western Reserve Herb Society, said, “We are an organization that’s educationally focused, to share with people the pleasures of herbs–and we want everything we offer to reflect their true beauty.”
Admission to the Herb Fair will be free of charge with paid admission to the botanical garden. Parking in the garden garage will be free of charge with the purchase of $20 worth of goods from the fair.
