Two more Rock and Roll Hall of Famers will be performing in Cleveland this year.
American rock band Aerosmith, which has spawned such classic hits as “Dream On,” “Cryin’,” “Crazy,” and “I Don’t Wanna Miss a Thing,” will be in town on Tuesday, June 19 for a show at Quickens Loans Arena.
Tickets to their concert are $39.50, $79.50 and $149.50 and go on sale at 10am Saturday, March 31, via livenation.com, by phone at 888-894-9424 and at the Quicken Loans Arena Box Office and all Northern Ohio Discount Drug Marts. Cheap Trick will be opening the show.
In recent years, the band has kept busy with side projects and continuing to make music, with drummer Joey Kramer saying, “Really, at this point in time, the only thing that’s going to stop us is if someone out-and-out dies. Other than that, we’ve already been through what we’ve been through and stood the test of time. What else is there?”
They are currently working on a new album, slated for release in May 2012. Last fall, the band embarked on their fall tour of Latin America. Lead singer Steven Tyler has served as a judge on reality singing competition American Idol for the show’s past two seasons.
Meanwhile, folk rock group Crosby, Stills & Nash will be performing at Jacobs Pavilion at Nautica on Sunday, June 10.
Tickets are $32.50 general admission and $55, $79.50 and $125 reserved. They go on sale at 10 Friday, March 30, via livenation.com, by phone at 888-894-9424 and at the Quicken Loans Arena Box Office and all Northern Ohio Discount Drug Marts.
