The Rotary Club of Berea will be sponsoring a Computer and Electronics Round-up on Saturday, October 1.
The event will be held at Olmsted Township at the Donaschwaben German American Cultural Club, 7370 Columbia Road from 9:30am to 3pm. The event will continue until the truck at the site becomes full.
Items acceptable for recycling at the event include computers, servers, monitors, keyboards, mice, speakers, printers, fax machines, copiers, scanners, stereo equipment, cameras, camcorders, cell phones, palm equipment, video game systems, video games, DVD players, CD players, floppy discs, any phone system, microwave ovens, electronic cables, Li-ion batteries, computer parts, power supplies, AC adapters, computer cables and CRT monitors.
Televisions sets will not be accepted.
The recycling service is free, but donations would be highly appreciated and accepted to support such Rotary projects as scholarships for students at Olmsted Falls and Berea high schools and Polaris Career Center.
