The Cleveland Museum of Natural History is hosting an event entitled Birds, Beasts, Brats and Beer on Thursday, August 22 from 5:30 to 9:30pm. This fun annual event gives visitors a chance to see bobcats, otters, birds of prey and other animals native to Ohio in action as they interact with skilled wildlife specialists during interesting animal enrichment demonstrations. While watching the show, visitors can enjoy delicious bratwursts and cold craft beers from Great Lakes Brewing Company.

A special Birds and Beasts planetarium show will take place at 8:30pm at the museum’s Nathan & Fannye Shafran Planetarium. If the weather cooperates, there will also be a chance to go stargazing through the museum’s telescope. Live entertainment will be provided by FORECAST Contemporary Jazz Group.

Tickets to the event cost $20 for members, $25 for non-members and $35 at the door. The price of admission includes locally-made bratwursts, two drink tickets and other refreshments. Additional drink tickets are available for $4.

The Cleveland Museum of Natural History is located at 1 Wade Oval Dr. in Cleveland. For more information, please visit www.cmnh.org.
