The sixth annual Cleveland Beer Week will take place from Friday, October 10 to Sunday, October 19 and will feature more than 350 keg tapping and beer sipping events throughout the Greater Cleveland area. From exclusive tappings, tastings and dinners to fun activities and interesting educational programs, there will definitely be something for everyone to enjoy during Cleveland Beer Week.
This not-for-profit celebration began in 2009 with the aim of raising awareness for the craft beer industry and promoting patronage at local establishments. It is also a philanthropic venture as proceeds from its flagship events go towards benefitting the Malone Scholarship Fund.
Featured events include Brewzilla, a monster of a beer tasting, featuring 80 breweries pouring hundreds of beers including popular Ohio favorites, a Belgian Beer Garden, and appetizers that go well with craft brews. Revolution Brewing will present a Rock and Brew Showcase featuring a night of eclectic music from local rock and indie bands in Cleveland’s historic Beachland Ballroom.
