If you’ve ever wanted to enjoy a breath taking 360 degree view of the Cleveland skyline, now is your chance. The Terminal Tower Observation Deck will be open to the public starting Saturday, July 13. The Observation Deck is located on the 42nd floor of the Terminal Tower at 50 Public Square in Cleveland.
Tickets cost $5 per person, with children under the age of 5 getting free of charge, and are available online through terminaltowerodeck.eventbrite.com. Visitors may come for a self-guided tour with a 20-minute limit.
Terminal Tower is a historic Cleveland landmark, standing 771 feet tall with 52 stories. When it was officially dedicated on June 28, 1930, it was the fourth tallest building in the world. On a clear day, visitors to the observation deck may see as far as 30 miles (or 48 km) from Downtown Cleveland. The tower can be seen in a few scenes from the movies Spider-Man 3 and The Avengers.
