While some potential buyers will only give it a cursory glance from the back door, some will want to spend a little more time there, imagining themselves playing with their children or hosting a cookout with friends. Dedicate some time to cleaning your backyard and making sure it’s spic and span before your open house. Mow the grass, pull out any weeds, and consider strategically placing colorful flowers on the back porch.
