The annual Berea Arts Fest may still be a long way away (this year’s festival is slated for Sunday, September 9), but organizers want to give participating artists enough time to come up with great quality pieces for exhibition when the time comes.
Interested artists have until Saturday, April 7 to submit their applications as an exhibitor for the yearly arts festival.
The Berea Arts Fest is a one-day, invitational, multi-arts festival held in historic Berea, Ohio. This year’s festival will be the 22nd, held on the banks of beautiful Coe Lake, located in the heart of Berea. The arts fest is a non-profit, volunteer organization, and the event is completely free of charge. The Mission Statement of the arts fest is to “encourage involvement” in the arts by sponsoring and promoting activities and opportunities which foster creativity and enhance appreciation of the arts.
Activities and events that take place during the arts fest include an Art Raffle, Chalk Walk, Family Art Park, Special Exhibits, a variety of restaurants and food vendors, and many different kinds of entertainment.
