This week is the last chance you’ll have to enjoy the annual indoor amusement part at the International Exposition Center located at 6200 Riverside Drive in Cleveland. With over 150 rides, costumed characters, live entertainment and a Cirque Shanghai performance, you’ll be sure to find something to amuse you.
The amusement park is open from 11am to 10pm on Saturday, April 7, and from 11am to 9pm on Sunday, April 8. Hours throughout the week vary. The park’s last day is Sunday, April 15.
Tickets cost $21 if bought online and $24 at the door. Discounts are available via AAA and Marc’s stores. Prices for VIP meet-and-greets, children, seniors, groups, handicapped people and pregnant women are all available online.
The amusement park is divided into several zones. Kidzville features several rides for children, including Antique Cars, the Little Drummer Boy, and the Fire Chief. Mini Indy cars allow kids to pretend they are in the Grand Prix. An enormous and colorful 5 Lane Giant Slide sends kids down at thrilling speeds. Other rides include the Bumble Bee ride, the Balloon ride and a fun, swirling ride called Movie Magic.
As in previous years, the wildly popular Spinning Coaster and Flying Dutchman are back this year. The Freakout, a favorite among thrill seekers, is also back.
