Gear up for some fall fun with the whole family at the Patterson Farm Family Fun Fest, which runs through Sunday, October 27. Located at 8765 Mulberry Road in Chesterland, the festival offers plenty of entertaining activities that children and grownups alike can enjoy. These include a wagon ride (included in the admission fee), a beautiful nature hike through the hills and ravines of Geauga county, a corn maze to wander through, pumpkin painting and the opportunity to pick your own apples in the orchard.
Children will surely enjoy playing in the farm’s hay stacks, climbing the tree house in the woods, and shrieking down a 50-foot double slide. An outdoor farm fun area, specifically designed for families with young children to enjoy, provides the perfect venue for relaxing and enjoying a packed lunch in the fresh, crisp air.
The festival is open daily, with hours from 10am to 6pm Mondays to Thursdays and from 10am to 5pm on weekends. The price of admission is $4 per person from Monday to Friday and $8 per person on Saturday and Sunday. Children 2 years old and younger get in free.
