The Cleveland Metroparks Zee is holding its annual photo contest from Monday, April 1 to Friday, November 1 this year. The Photo Safari is open to all amateur photographers.
Participation in the competition is made super easy, all you need to do is take pictures on Zoo grounds between the dates mentioned above and submit your photos on photographic paper on or before November 1. Special “photo opportunity” signs have been placed in strategic locations all throughout the Zoo. They are situated near key exhibit areas to help inspire participants to compose and take their best shots.
Photograph entries will be judged in the following categories: Bird, Friends and Family, Mammal, Plant or Insect, Reptile or Amphibian or Fish, the Rainforest and Junior, a category for young photographers ages 2 to 11.
