Check out the Pioneer Family Workshop on Saturday, June 22 and Sunday, June 23 at the Children’s Museum of Cleveland, located at 10730 Euclid Avenue in Cleveland.

Children will meet Clara, the Pioneer girl from the Museum’s Centuries of Childhood exhibit and get to experience her life. Families can participate in fun activities such as creating pioneer clothing and deciding what to pack for a long journey west. Kids will also make a traditional rag doll to take home. This activity is a great way to teach children about the history of the pioneers and how they lived their lives.

The workshop is available on both dates from 12:30 to 1:30pm. A supply fee of $5 is required for each person. Pre-registration is encouraged as there is limited space at the venue.
