The Red Hot Chili Peppers are going to be a somewhat familiar sight in Cleveland this year. The alt-rock group, normally based in Los Angeles, will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on April 14. They will return for a full-blown concert on at Quicken Loans Arena on June 2.
Tickets will go on sale at 10am on Friday, January 27th and will be available at the Q Box Office, all Ohio Discount Drug Marts, by phone at (888) 894-9424 and online at livenation.com. Reserved tickets cost from $38.50 to $58.50.
The Red Hot Chili Peppers are Anthony Kiedis on vocals, Michael “Flea” Balzary on bass, Chad Smith on drums and Josh Klinghoffer on guitars. The band has spawned such hits as “Give it Away,” “Under the Bridge,” “Soul to Squeeze” and “Californication.” They released their 10th studio album entitled “I’m with You” in 2011.
