The Aristocrat Berea is having a Rib Burn Off on Thursday, September 20, and the whole community is invited to take part.
The event will take place from 11am to 5pm at the Aristocrat Berea, located at 255 Front Street. The Burn Off will be held in the front parking lot of the facility.
Facilities of Six Communicare Family of Companies will be competing for the awards for best ribs, best sauce, and best overall entry. The winners will be decided by a panel of celebrity judges including Ohio Senator Tom Patton, Mayor Cyril M. Kleem, Safety Director Ken Adams, Fire Chief Mark Kaufhold, a team of Berea firefighters and more.
A 50/50 raffle and baskets will also be featured during the Burn Off.
All proceeds from the event will go towards the Berea Animal Rescue Fund’s shelter, Guidestone (a non-profit charitable organization that provides solutions for children, families and communities across Ohio) and SCAN Hunger Food Pantry.
