Bridget Cogar Broaddus joined The Incorvaia Team in 2013, starting out as the team’s full-time Listing Coordinator. As her knowledge & passion for real estate grew, she decided to become a licensed Realtor in 2016.
Raised in Avon, Ohio, Bridget has lived in the Greater Cleveland area her whole life. She obtained her Associates of Arts Degree in 2005 majoring in Psychology, had over 12 years experience in retail management and 2 years in new home sales. Bridget and her fiance David have been investing in real estate for several years now. She specializes in working with First Time Buyers, Investors, New Construction and Resale Homes; primarily serving Medina, Lorain & Cuyahoga Counties.
Bridget enjoys watching Cleveland sports, hiking and spending quality time with friends & family.
