Why The Incorvaia Team uses a Showing Assistant when showing properties

The great thing about how we do things at The Incorvaia Team is that we think out of the box, work a little differently from other real estate agents and are constantly coming up with new ways to do things better. We make sure to assign tasks to our team members according to their strengths, and we all work together to make sure you get quality service and the best real estate experience possible.

If you’re a buyer and you come to us for help with purchasing a property, we’ll have you come in for a buyer’s consultation first. There we will discuss all the things you desire in a home, your wants and needs when it comes to features and amenities, taking into consideration your budget. This helps us narrow down your choices so you won’t have to waste a lot of time and effort looking at houses that don’t really fit the bill.

Once you’ve come up with a list of your top five to ten favorite houses based on the choices we’ve presented, our showing assistant Kristen Koszkalda will take you to out to see them, usually around five to eight houses at a time. Limiting the number of houses you look at will help you remember them better, so that you won’t be struggling to hard to remember things like which one had the great kitchen or which one had the fenced yard. After Kristen has shown you a few houses, we’ll go back and talk to you about which one you liked best.

Once you’ve made a selection and are ready to make an offer, either Mike Jr., Sylvia, or Mike Sr. will write and negotiate the offer for you. They have the most experience in negotiation, and armed with tools like Trendgraphix and market reports, they can make sure they get the absolute best price on the best property for you that fits your needs.

The home buying process can be quite stressful or overwhelming, so we want to make sure we make it as easy as possible for you. Give us a call today and let us know how we can help you!
