Leann Rafton is a real estate agent based in Amherst with a unique path into the industry. After spending a decade as a veterinary technician, she transitioned into real estate in search of greater flexibility and with a long-term goal of building her own investment portfolio. Licensed in 2020, she now works with buyers and sellers while also owning and managing both long-term and short-term rental properties. Leann blends market knowledge with a thoughtful, client-centered approach, helping buyers find homes that align not just with their needs, but with their lifestyle and vision. She is especially passionate about guiding clients through meaningful transitions and takes pride in handing over the keys to a new chapter in their lives. Leann has been married for 11 years and enjoys a full home life with three cats and eight chickens. Outside of real estate, she loves reading, traveling and doing renovations with her husband.
