Working with Racheli Buccini
Racheli Buccini is a realtor with The Incorvaia Team, brokered by eXp Realty and based at 16000 Pearl Road in Strongsville, Ohio. Reaching Racheli directly at 440-539-7236 or soldwithracheli@gmail.com means you work with one point of contact from the first showing through closing — not a rotating cast of assistants.
Behind that single point of contact sits a full team. The Incorvaia Team has sold Greater Cleveland real estate since 1995 and closes hundreds of transactions a year, so every client benefits from shared market data, in-house marketing and photography, a vetted bench of lenders, inspectors, and contractors, and colleagues who can cover a showing when schedules collide.
For Buyers
Racheli will set up a saved MLS search so new listings reach you the day they hit the market, help you get pre-approved if you have not already, and tour homes on your schedule including evenings and weekends. When you find the one, you get recent comparable sales before you decide on price, plus guidance through inspection, appraisal, and repair negotiations. First-time buyer? Start with our buyer resources and the mortgage calculator.
For Sellers
You get a walk-through of your home, an honest pricing recommendation grounded in what comparable homes actually closed for, and a short list of the repairs and updates that return money at the closing table. From there: professional photography, MLS syndication, targeted digital advertising, and weekly updates on showing feedback. See our seller resources or estimate your proceeds with the home sale calculator.
