Nicole Walters

Nicole Walters is a Northeast Ohio real estate agent, investor, and lifelong Parma resident who brings a strong mix of local knowledge, negotiation skills, and genuine care to every client experience. Before transitioning into real estate, she worked in the corporate world at the Cleveland Clinic in the claims department. Her path into real estate began through investing and flipping homes with her husband who is a general contractor. What started as a way to find deals quickly turned into a true passion and a full-time career. Nicole is known for her strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to guide clients through every step of the process with confidence. She prides herself on building real relationships, not just completing transactions, and is committed to going above and beyond to make each experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. She especially enjoys helping clients find a place to truly call home and values the lasting friendships that often come from the journey. Outside of real estate, Nicole is a busy mom of three who spends her time cheering on her kids at sporting events, staying active at the gym, exploring new restaurants across Northeast Ohio (always up for brunch), and working on her golf game.
