Bridget Broaddus is a Northeast Ohio real estate professional originally from Avon and now raises her family in Brunswick. With a background that includes 15 years in retail management, experience in new construction sales, and over a decade in real estate administration, she brings a well-rounded understanding of the industry from multiple angles. Known for her attention to detail, strong communication, and hands-on experience in both new construction and home flipping alongside her husband, Dave, Bridget offers clients valuable insight throughout the buying and selling process. She takes pride in guiding clients through one of life’s biggest investments with care, clarity, and confidence. Outside of real estate, Bridget is an avid animal lover who is passionate about supporting local animal shelters. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, traveling, and making memories with her husband Dave, son Brenden, and their two Australian Shepherds, Zoe and Haley.
