Heaven Sevchek

Heaven Sevchek is an Ohio native from Elyria who returned to the Amherst area after living in Minnesota for eight years, drawn back by the sense of community and home. With a strong background in administrative and client-facing roles, she naturally transitioned into real estate, where she brings organization, clear communication, and a people-first approach. Heaven is known for her attention to detail and commitment to making the buying and selling process smooth, supported, and stress-free, while building lasting relationships with her clients. Outside of real estate, Heaven is part of a busy family of five and a proud sports mom, spending much of her time supporting her kids in their activities. She also enjoys time at home with her two dogs, appreciating the everyday moments that make a house feel like home.
